Master classes / Refresher Courses in Clinical Pilates - Not accredited with ESSA

When you have been practicing Pilates for a while, its great to reflect, revise and update your knowledge and add a little more applied thinking to your clinical application.

In response to a few requests we have become aware of the need to introduce these courses.

Clinical Pilates is the application of traditional Pilates exercises by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. As health practitioners we utilize Clinical reasoning and our examination and treatment skills to design and implement an effective exercise regime to achieve a desired outcome for our clients.

These workshops have been designed for the clinical exercised physiologist  who has been trained in Pilates  Equipment (Stott, Polestar, DMA, PIQ, PIA, traditional etc) and is keen to exchange and refresh their ideas

The workshops will principally cover the use of studio equipment for rehabilitation and performance enhancement- Reformer, Trap table (Cadillac) and Wunda chair
