While we are still tentative about big travel plans due to COVID19 interruptions we are offering our Clinical Pilates training on the Reformer as a Zoom workshop.

No matter where you are in the world if you have a Reformer, a computer, camera, Zoom subscription you can join us for this course

4 days of intensive training covering Pilates strengthening programmes for beginners and early rehab Reformer exercises, through to advanced exercises for athletes and heavy manual workers.
